The Client Relations and Integration Executive is responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients to maximise use of the EMX Message System. The successful candidate will have previous client services experience together with the ability to speak English and at least one other European language fluently. They will have excellent questioning and listening skills and be confident and outgoing. An understanding of the mutual funds or financial services industry would be desirable. The role involves working outside the office environment on a regular basis and therefore the successful candidate must be self-motivated, self-sufficient and work well within a team. As the role is client focused a full driving license is required together with the ability to travel outside Luxembourg from time to time.
